Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.

America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.

America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

It's well documented that Piker's family is wealthy and he makes a lot of money from being on the front page of twitch.tv (owned by Jeff Bezos) every day. He's currently on the front page right now in fact.

Piker praises Hamas and other fascist groups. His content is primarily about promoting hatred. It's not actually leftism to want "your enemies" to fear you. That's fascism.

Sure he may give some lip service to "socialism", but that's just going along with popular slogans. The goal is to keep you perpetually angry at liberals so you'll never vote for anyone that will increase taxes on either Hasan or Jeff Bezos.

Just do some critical thinking. Why would a socialist be permanently on the front page of a website owned by a billionaire. Either it's algorithmic, in which case he's making a lot of money for himself and Jeff Bezos. But given the shenanigans Bezos has done with the Washington Post, he wouldn't be getting promoted by twitch.tv if he were any kind of threat to billionaires. And why would he be? His family is super wealthy and he himself is making millions off of making "socialist" content.

Sorry, but I'm not a Jew. Just a regular Canadian guy whose grandparents fought against Hitler. For you Hitler is just a meme. For those who have seen the scars on family members that fought against Hitler, we put a little more effort to understand why that happened. It was because of hate politics, the same kind of politics you engage in.

You think "zionists" are bad and assume everyone that's against antisemitism is a "zionist". So logically that means you think anyone that's against antisemitism is bad.

I don't want comments like the one you claim you reported to be removed. That's just sane washing what "anti-zionism" is really about. We need to get to a point where people are pushing for reconciliation. Covering up and rationalizing hatred doesn't get us there. Recognizing that hatred is the problem is the first step to fixing the problem. Trying to pretend that you're better than someone that hates "liberal Jews" because you hate a different group of Jews is just rationalizing your hatred.

Right now you're rationalizing your hatred of me. I'm not Israeli, just someone who recognizes that hatred isn't making anything better for both Palestinians and Israelis. But you want to cast me as an evil "Zionist." Someone you should target hatred at. Do you think hating me will make anything better for Palestinians? Zionism is bad because the reality is that Jews was a minority anywhere, and they never had enough continuous land to create a state without ethnically cleansing another population. Herzl talked about ethnic cleansing and he is mentioned as the spiritual father of the settler colonial genocidal state of Israel declaration of "independence"

I don't think people against antisemitism is a Zionist either

Don't assume I hate all Israelis. I btselem a human right orgs within Israel is doing a great job exposing Israeli state and settler terrorism

You're childish argument that "socialists" are all hippies with no money in communes is out of touch with the reality of modern labour and common solidarity. Straight out of a John Birch Society propaganda film from the 1960s. Framing this like OH the billionaires have a populist socialist so he makes money and is therefore invalid is just so ignorant. Pay attention, I'm actually saying the exact opposite of that. Socialists tend to be wealthy people that have gone to university that learned from weird professors that "actually real socialism has never been tried because Russia was agrarian blah blah blah".

Everyone is a bit socialist when they're younger. I was. But I grew out of it, because I talked to people that have lived under these systems and learn more about how politics really work.

The Internet has caused a lot of arrested development in people. You've posted your opinions under your name and formed social groups around those opinions. So you, Hasan, everyone in your online community can't change your opinions when you're exposed to new facts because if you did you'd be ostracized by your community. The Hasan community is particularly malicious about this and engage in online harassment campaigns. So not only are people in the Hasan community are worried about losing friendships if they change their opinion on anything, they're afraid of the community they're a part of. That's kinda fashy if you ask me.

That's the nature of online communities. They coalesce around dumb ideas and then calcify. When you get people in the community to hate a group of people (whether it's trans people or Jews, it's all hate) then they take on fascist characteristics.
