Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking for recommendations on the best presence sensor for a small bathroom (around 4 m² / 43 sq ft).

My main goals/requirements are:

  1. Ultra-fast response time: Needs to trigger the lights instantly (<0.5s) as soon as I cross the doorway.
  2. Zero false turn-offs: Must maintain presence while I’m completely still (e.g., sitting or showering behind a glass screen) so I don't get left in the dark.
  3. No false triggers: Shouldn't turn on when nobody is in the room (e.g., ignoring motion outside the door or air currents).

I know that for Home Assistant, devices like the Apollo MSR-2 or Everything Presence Lite or One are often considered top-tier. For a small room focused heavily on still detection rather than multi-person tracking, which one would you recommend over the rest? Or is there another mmWave sensor I should be looking at?

Thanks a lot for your help! 🙏
