Looks good. I tend to break up the rice more, and add soy sauce for color and flavor.
If I'm feeling fancy, shallots and white pepper add so much. (As does msg)

Add some curry powder and bean sprouts and you’re halfway to Singapore noodles
If the egg didn't fry the rice then who did? 🤔
the egg didn't fry the rice? why'd you fire egg, OP?
hows he gonna get a job now?
They will just have to grow up and make chicken fried rice.
Bold of you to assume the egg wasn't from a goose, and wouldn't therefore produce value when it grows up.
I'm sure goose fried rice is on a menu somewhere
That is exactly the sort of thing an egg that had recently gain sentience and then went on to fry some rice would say. Suspicious? Yes.
Bad fried rice. No crunchy bits, clumpy rice, uneven sauce distribution. 3.5/10
But there's no sauce though? It's just rice, scallions, and eggs, as they do in the Jiangnan region.
I sometimes make simple fried rice like this too and it's great! But do you not put any seasoning?
I mean, just salt and white pepper. But that's standard across any dish.
Oh my, no MSG?? Hayaaa!
No seasonings? That must be oily and bland
I wouldn't go so far as to say it's bad, but yeah, the clumpy rice made me tick. Maybe that's how they do it in the Jiangnan region?
Yeah clumpy is annoying need to break it up with a fork before putting it in the pan
