Today my mail got hacked, where they had access for 30 min before I did the security changes. It was an old mail which I do not use often.

I know, that was my mistake for letting the mail get hacked. I rarely use it.

I was supposed to get a recovery link, but did not. I tried to register with my mail for Discord Support, but could not.

The hackers exploited the weaknesses of their hopeless bureaucratic of their system, by blocking everything from Discord before going into my Discord to change the mail.

Now that I finally have understood the attack, Discord won't suddenly answer me and help me. I am following their bullshit protocol while the hackers have the access of my account right now.

I think even Temu has a better support system than Discord.

The last answer I got from them: Thanks for letting us know you've secured your email account. Since this situation needs a closer look, I've passed your request along to someone who handles these cases. They'll review your issue in detail and follow up with you as soon as possible with next steps.

Best,

Discord Customer Support

Discord also has a tendency to block connections on its desktop app when it detects you are connected to a VPN. They aren't particularly consistent with their security policies, but their app becomes more of an unusable mess every day.

Discord is NOT going to get better. Their new CEO came from Activision and they are going to do everything in their power to enshittify the platform and cut down on support costs.
