I can't wrap my head around how 26°C could possibly be the breakdown point. Air conditioners can usually lower the temperature around 10°C, so usually there isn't a problem until the outside temperature is so high that the AC can't get the enclosed space down to a safe temperature.
26°C is cool enough that they could just open all the windows. I'm kinda baffled.

What's even the point if an AC that doesn't work if it's warm outside? I think they are lying to Germans, hoping they all still don't know how ACs work.
Heat in a bus is so much worse than heat in a train. The smell, the vibrations. It's nauseating to me.

How does an AC actually fail at specifically 26 °C outside temp? I get that it might not keep up, but just fail? Also where did they get these ACs that would be useless anywhere in there world where ACs are common, who even would build such a thing?

I have comfortably worn an unzipped hoodie at 26C
When I have AC that is the temperature I set. Maybe even a little higher.
