I live with my parents due to a disability. And over the years I used this stuff more and more for my disability but also a mix of lazy and cool factor.
Anyways, I see others post these really cool dashboards. Far more than what I have. I look at mine where I made it for functional over looks. Where it shows weather, lights, batteries, etc on their own tabs. But something I notice is I'm literally the only one who uses it. I've tried to show my parents and sister's kids how to use it. But while they will sit there and entertain me basically. They just won't.
Like the only thing I seen them use is the weather. But it's more, the tablet on the fridge sees someone is in front of it, so it goes from screensaver to home assistant. And it shows up by default. I never see them really tap or do anything or ask me about anything when it comes to it.
Like they use the voice commands which is ok. But given things that we don't want for voice commands. They end up telling me to do it.
I wonder how many on here end up finding themselves in the same position where they are the only ones who ended up using the dashboard.
