For all parking disasters, not just simple bad parking (for that see yplac.co.uk).
Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.
Rules:
- No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

Fork lift probably. Looks like the lot that container is on might be part of a junk yard.
Probably, but also that's a terrible place to put the vehicle
Maybe they did that to attract visitors. It's easy and effective to advertise a junkyard by lifting one of the cars up to a spot where cars shouldn't be

The marker on the window appears to be "No Parts, Do Not Touch", which makes that even more likely.

I've seen that before, the car probably had that flat for years. The rubber ends up keeping the shape

That were I would put it if there was a storm incoming w/ possible flooding. It is Florida after all...
