There's a reason why voting matters, legitimacy.
Fighting back against this sort of shit can take a bunch of forms, but the most effective is one where the people fighting back have can say, see, the will of the people is on my side.
Anyone telling you to vote knows damn well there will be cheating, but we also know that these fucks are not the most subtle or competent. This means less legitimacy to the fascist side, and that means that after November, either Trump and Republicans will have overreached, and the cheating will fail, or the cheating will be so blatant that the average person will no longer view direct action as illegitimate.
