It was in a video. I'm not sure where I've seen it. He could have been sleeping, but he looked as if he just collapsed to the ground from pure excitement.

I was curious about the top picture because I don't know much about the Center and the attendance. I looked up the videos of the opening ceremony and the fair. Here's a shot of the crowd from another angle:
And here's a shot from fox's own livestream of the fair. I tried to be charitable and find (didn't look very hard) the most people I could in the shot:
It's jarring the difference in people and the vibe. In the fox video, people congregated mostly around the ferris wheel. Everyone else was mostly hurriedly walking around
I'm starting to think this Trump fella isn't all that popular.
