No, it's not needed at all you twat. What a way to ruin your reputation.
An unofficial sub/community everything about Mullvad.
Rules:
PS: Did you know the word "sub" is a perfectly reasonable name to refer to a community, it has no inherent connection to Reddit, since sub simply means below/under/secundary/inferior, which is pretty reasonable to interpret as "part of [instance]" thus community, hence sub. Thanks for my reading my rant.

Well then FUCK Mullvad
Might be a dumb idea, but could a VPN be crowd-sourced? What if multiple people managed different instances, almost like a virtual coöp?
That's more or less what Tor is. Technically it's feasible, the issue is the amount and kind of trust between users and contributors that it requires.
The issue with Tor is that it's rather slow, since it passes through several nodes before it arrives at its destination (or leaves the network).
@strawberry_enjoyer42 @veniasilente You mean Tor?
Tor sucks for larger amounts of data though.
@strawberry_enjoyer42 @veniasilente NymVPN is decentralised too, but I still must learn about their privacy.
Hmm. Looks interesting. Let me know what you find about it, eh?
Thanks!
Is this the same company that makes the browser mull?
No. Mull is discontinued and was made by DivestedOS. Ironfox is a fork of Mull.
Mullvad makes the Mullvad Browser with was made in partnership with Tor.
@crazyminner Dont use mull, it doesn't get security updates anymore. Its Ironfox for a year+ now.
Mullvad Browser is Desktop only.
Thanks for the suggestion, just installed it now.
Ok mullvad is out. Same as proton VPN. Nord is shit. Any recommendations?
