This is by no means a defense of German tv, but the short video very clearly says "No, Russians aren't all evil or good, just like Germans, or Ukrainians." This is by far the most nuanced take I've seen from German tv productions on the Russia-Ukraine war, it's 
as fuck, but it clearly contradicts what most people are saying in public and in the grown-up media, namely that "The Russians are doing X, they're all monsters". I'm also wondering how German kids are not supposed to ask these types of questions when all their parents are saying "Russians are evil" and "Putin should be arrested". Still, this ^ is so fucked up

Yeah it's more the fact that it even needs to be made. Like imagine needing TV spots to tell children not to hate people of x nation because the country is that racist. The "send weapons to ukraine" really rubbed me the wrong way though.

German children's state television says they are only sending weapons to Ukraine because every nation has a right to defend itself, so I'm sure Germany's weapon shipments to Palestine, Iran and Cuba will arrive soon
