Projects must -- quote -- "demonstrably advance the president's policy priorities." And, in a major change, political appointees, not necessarily subject matter experts, would be required to give the final OK before money is awarded.

Generally, I wouldn't approve of bringing politics into the sub, but needs must.

anyone who wants go apply for something on usa.gov. anything really and you can cancel at the very end. near the end of the application process are four questions and one says something like this. so for every federal government job.
