I know you're just being sarcastic, but there's actually an answer to this, and it's actually worse than I thought. I figured presidential approval ratings (in the mid 30s, I think) would be a good analogue for this. Guess I was wrong.

Yeah I doubt any other non-european country could be higher. Maybe Canada
Maybe Switzerland, Japan, New Zeeland and Australia, too. The Brits are weird with Brexit and all, but still better than the US IMO.
This is a common problem with surveys, you're always going to have some percentage of people who give unrealistic responses for one reason or another. Sometimes they get paid for surveys and they're bored. Sometimes they misread the question. Sometimes they interpret the question more strictly than intended. Whatever the case, 11% is pretty indistinguishable from 0%.
