Maybe in a pressure cooker? I can do brisket in mine and it takes ~1.5 hours + prep time

My ex did this by accident when she got a new crockpot. The "warm" setting cooked that fucker all the way thru in a matter of 2 hours. Even being fully submerged in broth, that shit ended up being tough as leather and was pretty much inedible.
