there are plenty of opensource markdown editors. i use obsidian but if i needed open source for md i would use zed or one of the numerous markdown editors on my machine.

A simple application for your .md files.

All in plain .md files, local-first. LLM-friendly.

Has this dude never heard of markdown?

The file could have .mkdn as an ending!

Differentiator from projects like silver bullet seems to be the inclusion of a chatbot if I'm reading this correctly? Not something I want but if that's how you work, go for it.
