My cat is a weirdo, too. All cats are, and that's why we love 'em.
I haven't played the game but I need to know that if you do that... You get to keep the cat forever right?
No, but you can tell the cat that, if he's lonely, he can find a certain widow who is also lonely and would enjoy his company.
Edit: Apparently, there's also a mod that lets you adopt this particular cat.
Only cat companion is Us. And they are NOT a cat.
Can't even have Gale's Tressym as a companion

Act three. There's another one in the city that speaks like a Noir protagonist but you can't adopt him, either

I got to act 3, saves got corrupted, lost all progress. Rage quit. Been like 2 years.
I can see that. I actually started awhile back and got options paralysis and went away from it for a few years before this current run of mine.
