I'd say try isopropyl alcohol, googone, and acetone (in that order, chillest to harshest) to remove the gunk, then grab some furniture foot pads from a hardware store to replace. Felt if you want to be able to slide it around, rubber if you want them to stay put.

Thank you! That worked perfectly on the metal. The wood had some rubber get into the grain, but it worked pretty well. The shirt might be toast....

As far as the wood is concerned, get a sheet of 240 grit sand paper and gently rub it with the grain of the wood, and give the edges a bit of gradient. Clean it out with a bit of that isopropyl afterward. If the finish is the same color or a hair darker than the sanded spot, rub a little mineral oil or beeswax into it to refinish. If it's significantly darker and you don't mind spending $20, watco danish oil is easy, fast, and durable.
I don't know a goddamn thing about fabrics, so I'm afraid I can't be of much more help on that front 😅

Alcohol is also suggested for cleaning the shirt. It did not go well for me. Standard laundry detergent did not improve the situation. The shirt will be relegated to "not shirt".
