That's the entire point. That's literally the playbook.
Step 1. Campaign on "The government is inefficient", even if it isn't.
Step 2. Immediately do everything you can to destroy government efficiency from day 1.
Step 3. Blame it on the nature of it being a government problem, no need to explain or be logical.
Step 4. Replace government with privatized, inefficient, ineffective and far more expensive services owned by your bourgeoisie campaign donors
Step 5. Repeat until total societal collapse, then leave country with millions you accumulated through bribes.
Other voters dont gara enough to block it, so here we are. Lunatics in charge of the govt.
