If the US decides to close most of the bases, all the money they save will go to universal health care for Americans right?

Why do we discuss what Trump says and not strictly what the US does?

The US won't give up those bases that can be used for medium-range ballistic missiles that can reach Moscow.

It should compel Spain and Italy to open nuclear military bases in every major US city like NY and Washington, DC. See if those countries enjoy having to maintain bases in a subordinate colony
