DOZENS of campaigners have taken to Glasgow’s streets to fight cuts to “lifeline” women’s service Murray’s Initiative.

For more than six decades the organisation has provided help for those affected by alcohol, drugs or trauma, but now its women’s service, which supports those who have suffered violence or abuse, could be set to close due to a £60,000 funding shortage.
