Recently, when I try to log in to a site, Firefox has started suggesting email addresses I've recently used. Note that these are not my saved addresses; those are different. (And I want to keep those.) This box is interfering with my Bitwarden autofill. How do I turn this off?

Untick "Suggest Firefox Relay email masks to protect your email address" in settings, it's under Passwords

Here is something moderately unhelpful but still personally important. Switch to librewolf. I dont get Firefox trying to autofill old or unhelpful logins on Librewolf and I use bitwarden.

Plus Waterfox or Librewolf if you want a stable web browser
