I was trying to decide if it was playing cards or cigarettes, and decided on cigarettes.

And no one has mentioned the IBM mainframe stereo behind him?

And a dvd collection in the bottom right corner, this man’s a time traveller.
Looks like some PS2 and Wii games, too. A time-traveler who clearly knows when console gaming peaked.
Pre-recorded reel-to-reel tapes (and 8mm movies) were packaged in thin cardboard boxes like those. My grandfather had a few.

Edit: In fact if you search Ebay for "reel to reel album" there are tons of listings with pictures.
I started out looking for his cocktail, immediately got sidetracked by that enormous bowl of cigarettes 🤣
