They're who made the other one posted here, too - you can actually see the head on the gallery there. Absolutely excellent work.
Not exactly what you're looking for, but it's at least not plush. Certainly you could commission something with more realistic looking scales if you were willing to pay for it.
Unless some high end fursuit maker is making ones with that, I don't think there are any. Probably too costly for the amount of work needed to be put into making one with actual scale imitation. Combine that with a group that is probably so used to plush and imitated shape and you've got a probably niche fursuit that's probably harder to sell than most other scalie fursuits.
Though that is all speculation because IDK what goes on in scalie circles since IDK any scalies myself.
