I swear if I didn’t work a job that pretty much requires speaking I probably would just stop talking. I know enough ASL to get by at first and I’d learn more. Not even just for voice reasons. I have a habit of misusing tone and I find ASL more expressive than monotone English. Maybe if I spoke a different audible language fluently that would change, but English really just ain’t it…
