I followed it pretty much to the letter, except I diiid add thyme as well as rosemary at the last step.

Last week I made one from recipetineats and boy it was great. The last 30 mins of cooking were chaos though as the focaccia was the side dish for a Chicken Parmigiana, the kitchen looked as if a bomb exploded in it 😅.

Oh man. One time I made a cheeseburger with a big round of focaccia... The patty was like 10" and a full lb.
