How many times does this need to happen before idiots stop trusting fsd? The first few times I felt bad, but it's been dozens of times over multiple years. These are the same people that blindly trust AI for health advice.

These things shouldnt be on the road. Look, if we're gonna have a government it better govern shit like this like its supposed to. Blaming the people is just kicking left at best, and kicking down at worse to avoid regulations.

I think both can be true. They absolutely should be regulated into the ground, but the massive shortcomings of these shitty cars have been well documented for years. I'd equally judge someone that bought a pinto after the widespread reports that the car would explode when rear ended.

If you ignore glaring safety issues with your vehicle and continue using the faulty systems, I'm not going to pity you when it bites you in the ass. I do feel bad for the kid though, they deserved better than their parent trusting their safety with half assed automation.

In a response to the incident, the Board of Directors are working to give the CEO a bonus of a trillion dollars.

Like normal companies in a normal world do.

I am never getting in one of these death traps again. I don't care if it is what Lyft sends. They're also cramped and uncomfortable, anyway.

Yeah same if I have to take a Uber I will refuse a Telsa motherfuckers don't have door handles inside or out. That should be illegal.

Hopefully it will become illegal with all of these people burning to death while trapped in Teslas.

I was just discussing how bad sensors are on any vehicle. Automatic lane steering is scary to use and does not feel like an actual driver even when it is working. Those sensors that alert you of something being to close go off randomly at street lights all the time. Factor in weather, faded lines, missing speed limit signs, dirt, and a million edge cases, and there is no way a vehicle can safely be trusted to drive itself.

So many consumers aren't aware of these risks. More so, the people taking these risk aren't just putting their own lives in danger. FSD needs to be illegal.
