Yes, I am aware that LNG production + transit has leaks. I'll cover the whole green transition including petrochemicals soon

Petrovietnam has completed Vietnam’s first integrated LNG-to-power chain, linking the Thi Vai LNG terminal (operated by PV GAS) with the Nhon Trach 3 and 4 power plants (operated by PV Power). The Thi Vai terminal serves as Vietnam’s first industrial-scale LNG import facility, while Nhon Trach 3 and 4 are the country’s first LNG-fueled power plants using high-efficiency gas turbine technology. The chain was developed without government loan guarantees, with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praising it as a model of “scale, technology, and competitive commercial electricity prices.” Petrovietnam positioned itself as an integrator across the full value chain, aiming to strengthen energy security and support Vietnam’s net-zero emissions target. According to PV Power Chairman Hoang Van Quang, “the success of Nhon Trach 3 and 4 stems from the energy transition orientation, the national industrial-energy development vision, and the internal value chain built by the Group over many years.”
