What did one disingenuous, delusional asshole say to the other?

I don’t know. I didn’t listen to this Rogan interview.

They talked about a decade of falling per capita GDP and mass immigration, giving props to Luxembourg for being the only country in the 38 countries of the OECD to keep us from being dead last.

Then the idea it shouldnt take 14 years to approve a project, because hes so delusional he thinks thats unreasonably long.

You think the falling per-capita GDP is something other than the direct result of the rich pillaging then hoarding the wealth of the 99%? Of course that’s not it. It’s gotta be the brown people.

I think its largely this, coupled with things like this that drive up asset prices and drive down wages:

Why is Canada so exploitable is the real question in the end, regardless whether you blame politicians or the rich.

"We have to do more to give people hope when they're suffering with mental illness — give people a sense that they can take back control of their lives," Poilievre said, citing the promotion of fitness as a way to combat mental health issues.

Supporting a robust public healthcare system with national pharmacare will go a long way towards that.

Supporting affordable childcare will go a long way towards that.

Having an actual environmental policy will go a long way towards that.

Listening to actual experts instead of random xitter posts will go a long way towards that.

Actually supporting workers instead of just paying lip service and only supporting billionaires will go a long way towards that.

In fact, just disappearing entirely will go a long way towards that.

He's a lot like Rogan. Claim to hold ideals and beliefs and then consistently say or do the exact opposite; signalling to listeners that they have virtue instead of being virtuous.

I first thought this whole thing was a joke. Welcome to 2026...

Every day it's unbelievable just how stupid things have become.

What about a housing minister who said housing prices need to stay perpetually elevated as boomers nest egg, is that doing well for new family formation?

We will take on new debt and future austerity to fund present consumption, we just wont fix systemic issues.

Either this reply was meant for another thread or this is an absolutely wonderful example of whataboutism and straw man!

Well give me a party that wants to help family formation and I'd support them, at the moment we juggle between the two.
