No no, that's 2028 - which the orange utan still hasn't understood he can't participate in anyway.
He should've been ineligible to run in 2024 per the 14th amendment since he participated in insurrection as affirmed by a court in Colorado. But here we are. Laws only matter if they are enforced, and the enforcement only happens for people from certain groups. They no longer bother to hide such facts.
Doesn't mean he won't try.
