Certified pre-used oil if you buy it from a dealership. Kidding aside yeah if it's from the oil field that got burned it is likely what they call black carbon and other particulates that are much tinier and seep through your organs without issue, and Nitrogen oxides causing the smog. Then you just hope their isn't acid rain, because the chemical compounds are present
Why don't you ask doctors what they think of the difference?
