The "Iranian" diaspora aren't going back to Iran. If usa wins and they get what they are cheering for the country will be a ruin and they wouldn't want to go live there. They are cheering because someone their parents told them to hate is going to suffer.
Oh some of them will absolutely go back to take advantage of the chaos and be part of the looting & plunder that follows. They'll get rich off of enslaving their own people and will be quite proud of that.

they just need a puppet who cares for the reconstruction business and let them expoil resources or let them sell to US for a good price after privatizations
Much like how you are supposed to ask eastern europeans about communism except for the ones that tell you it was actually good, which are obviously brainwashed or just grumpy old people who are nostalgic for the times they were young and their gentials worked (literally heard this one on redditfront a few years back).
