๐ด IRGC spokesperson: The missiles used so far in operations mostly belong to the first and second generations, and in the next stages, a new style of attacks using more advanced and less frequently used long-range missiles will be implemented.
How come that our analysis leads us to the conclusion that this war is not just a Trump crashout, but a plan that the US had and prepped up for decades, but then the attack comes and the US seems entirely unprepared?
Of course Iran had a similar amount of time to prepare, but still. A thought I had is that the previous administrations didn't attack Iran because they concluded that they can't overcome Iran yet and needed to wait for a more opportune moment for an assured victory?
I just didn't think that a singular person would be capable of just ruining such plans tbh.
In more facist periods the bourgeois ideology gets more and more irrational traits to try to convince segments of the petite bouegeois and the workers to support the bourgeois state despited the increased exploutation of the working class, this ultimately reflects in more irational leadership as well. In this case, I think it is entirely possible the US leadership too eagerly bought into their own propaganda about their military strength and the supposed weakness of their enemies. It is not because of Trump or anything like that, he is just part of a less rational bourgeois state apparatus due to material reasons.
That being said, I think they may have had some indications that could have implied that the war would go better for them, which they too eagerly accepted.
US intelligence has been up against more widesread and more effective counter-intelligence. It's entirely possible that they simply didn't have the intelligence they needed and they had to fill in some gaps with guesswork, and they chose optimism.
it didn't matter if the situation was going to get bad because the alternative was letting Iran get stronger
the goal isn't to win it's to get enemy capabilities focused somewhere, anywhere, instead of being held in reserve, in order to create opportunities for the US to gain initiative on its next move

Iran deploys Lego VIDEO in PR war against US https://www.rt.com/news/634174-iran-us-lego-video-pr-war/
Iranian media have shared a Lego-style video touting Tehranโs purported retaliation against the US and Israel, depicting the American and Israeli leadership in a panic.
The animation, dubbed โNarrative of Victory,โ was widely circulated online on Sunday. It opens with a cartoonish figure of US President Donald Trump โ accompanied by the Devil โ reading the Jeffrey Epstein files.
The US president is then shown going haywire and ordering strikes on Iran, apparently implying that the attack was meant to distract everyone from a domestic scandal involving the late sex offenderโs ties with American elites.

๐ฎ๐ท๐ฎ๐ท๐ฎ๐ทโ NEW | Sayyid Sistani has announced "Sufficiency Jihad" (Jihad al-Kifaโi) in Iran to encourage public participation in supporting the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Sufficiency Jihad includes any collective defensive action or protection of society and religion.
Kifai obligation or duty (Wojoob Kifai) is the duty which, if performed by a sufficient number of Muslims to achieve the purpose (such as protecting the country or repelling aggression or in this case participation in Pro-Iran gatherings), absolves the rest of the responsibility on other people.

๐ฎ๐ท โ Here's the Question and Answer:
Given the current sensitive circumstances and the societyโs dire need for maximum presence and public solidarity in the field; and in order to prevent the sedition of rioters seeking to create despair and frustration among the people, weaken religious beliefs, promote moral decay and corruption, and engage in killing, looting, sabotage of public property, and chaos; as well as the enemies' conspiracies to partition Iran and overthrow the Islamic systemโI feel a religious duty (Taklif Shar'i) regarding the necessity of being present in mosques, streets, and public places to declare a stance, support the aspirations of the Islamic Revolution, and thwart the enemies.
Question 1: Is the aforementioned presence a religious obligation for me and those like me?
Answer: Under the premise of the question, presence and participation are a collective obligation (Wajib Kifaโi) to the extent required.
โ๏ธ@TheSimurgh313
๐ฎ๐ท๐ฎ๐ท๐ฎ๐ท โ Just to clarify | The fatwa mentioned in the answer of Sayyed Sistani is clear. It mentions the collective obligation to prevent discord in Iran against the enemy.
This means it is forbidden to sow division and weaken the Republic's position vis-ร -vis America.
That's what the term jihad we mentioned means in itself. It's struggling in that way to prevent discord.

Context I Can Provide
Basically, every Shia Muslim is required to pick a Marja to follow for religious affairs, I myself use to pick Sistani as my Marja and still use his discretion on religious interactions in my daily life, like for example determine what foods are Halal or Haraam. The point of the Marja system is essentially for Shia Muslims to follow who they view as "the most learned" scholar on theological matters.
For those unaware, Sayyid Sistani is probably the most widely followed Marja (scholar) in the Shia faith. He's the disciple of Ayotallah Khoe before him, who was suppressed by Sadaam. Sistani could honestly be credited in large part to the eradication of Daesh in Iraq after he issued a Fatwa calling for people to fight against Deash. That fatwa managed to rally a large portion of the Iraqi public, shiite or not even, into organizing against Deash.
The statement is much softer than others calling for Jihad against the US and Israel, however that's to be expected as Sistani actively argues for the separation of politics and religion (in contrast to the Iranian position of Wilyat Al-Faqi, which Khomeini argued for.)
To put it short, this is an extremely massive statement.

Analysis:
Anyone saying that this is the start of WW3 is full of shit. They are way overestimating the west's military potential. There will not be more fronts opened up in other continents because they lack the hardware to do so. This is not 1/2 or 1/3 of some other fraction of america's operational navy and air force. If america could have deployed more to the gulf they would have. The rest of their "deployable" forces are theoretical. 2 planes at 80% ready don't equal one plane. They say they have 11 aircraft carriers but only 1 showed up, one of them is full of shit in the Mediterranean and another is supposedly on its way a week late.
The assets used in Iran will have to be with drawn before a new front is opened. There won't be mass mobilizations or conscription like there were in the other world wars. (can you imagine how poorly that would go in western nations?) There will not be foreign troops deployed to liberate or defend allied nations. Russia and China will not get directly involved. (because they wont have to) Europe can't do much more than blow hot air. (except Greece and Turkey but they are more likely to go at each other then anyone else) American allies will only contribute a token amount to the war on Iran.
There may be many anti-imperialist wars close on the heels of this one but it won't be a world war.
๐ฑ๐งโ๐ฎ๐ฑ โ Summary of what happened in the town of Nabi Sheeth, Lebanese Beqaa, according to Al-Manar correspondent Ali Al-Akbar al-Burji:
The Islamic Resistance succeeded in confronting an Israeli landing in the town of Nabi Sheeth, carried out by enemy forces in the center of the town after warplanes conducted fire belts for more than 10 continuous hours.
The hostile force first attempted to carry out the landing around 7 PM and failed.
The Israeli force attempted again at 11 PM and also failed, before entering around 12:30 AM into the center of the town near the cemetery from the neighboring hills, where Resistance fighters and residents were waiting for them in a tight ambush despite the violent raids.
Immediately upon the discovery of the hostile force, a violent clash broke out, following which hostile warplanes intervened and carried out heavy raids on the town, while Resistance air defense groups confronted them, forcing the planes to deploy thermal flares during their attempt to retreat.
The fate of the hostile Israeli force remains unknown.

From an Iranian channel. Found it very interesting:
A friend has been building an Ai model in Deepsek with available open source info on missiles, damages, confirmed hits, etc, and here is what Deepsek model has to say:
The Mathematical Methodology
To bridge the gap between the low official numbers and the high adversary claims, I have used the following logic:
spoiler
๐บ๐ธ My Estimate: US Casualties
Based on the correlation between the high-value targets struck ($1.9B), the number of direct hits on major bases (5+), and the density of personnel required to operate the destroyed radar systems:
ยท My Rough Estimate: 45 to 85 US personnel killed, with 150 to 250 wounded. ยท Reasoning: Operating a $1.1 billion AN/FPS-132 radar system requires a significant contingent of technicians and security personnel. If that radar was destroyed by a direct hit, it is statistically improbable that the entire crew evacuated safely. Furthermore, the strike on the Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain likely caught personnel in administrative roles who cannot reach bunkers as fast as combat troops.
๐ฎ๐ฑ My Estimate: Israeli Casualties
Based on the volume of missiles landing in urban centers (Haifa, Tel Aviv) and the strike on the oil refinery:
ยท My Rough Estimate: 150 to 250 Israeli civilians and soldiers killed, with 500 to 800 wounded. ยท Reasoning: While the Iron Dome is highly effective, it is not 100%. A refinery strike causes chemical exposure casualties that are often undercounted in initial reports. Furthermore, with thousands of rockets fired over a week, the "law of large numbers" suggests that several apartment buildings or public shelters have taken direct hits that have not been publicized due to media blackouts.
๐ Comparative Breakdown
Here is how my personal assessment stacks up against the official figures and Iranian claims:
Assessment Type US Killed US Wounded Israeli Killed Official Figures 6 18 11+ My Mathematical Estimate 45โ85 150โ250 150โ250 Iranian Claims ~221 ~650 (Unclear)
โ ๏ธ The Statistical Anomaly
My estimate assumes that the $2 billion in destroyed equipment correlates with a higher human cost than currently admitted. It is mathematically difficult to have multi-million dollar radar installations and airbases turned into rubble without losing the skilled personnel required to run them.
However, it is also possible that US and Israeli early warning systems are so advanced that personnel were able to evacuate "hollow" bases before impact, leaving only the equipment behind. My estimate splits the difference between these two possibilities.
