MODERATORS
To me, out of all of those, only "post hog" really stands out as a truly original creation borne of this community, insofar as this community is to some degree representative of the original r/cth subreddit, where I believe the tradition began 
(@ summoning chuds, ridiculing them, and posting pigpoopballs at any attempt to incite debate). Then again that community was at least several years old by the time I hung out there, so it may well be from some other corner of the net even further back.
All the other ones afaik trickle down from the podcast(s), left twitter, or were at least broadly disseminated there. The rest sound like parlance that you would expect to hear in basically any leftist circle that at least somewhat "is online."
