Lineage os 22.2 installed on Pixel 1. On my pull down menu and power off screen there is a scrolling text that I dislike, can I turn that off?

On Lineageos 23.2

Go to settings > display > display size and text

There reduce font size and/or increase display size until it stop overflowing

"Aeroplane mode is off." ?

It's all the text of the option that's too long to fit under the icon. Scrolls and stops then scrolls again, mildly distracting.

Try looking in settings for font size, scaling or magnification. If you make whichever you find/as many as you find it should make all the text smaller and there by eliminate the need for it to scroll.

👍 no worries buddy

now you probably need a magnifying glass to read the text on screen.

smaller type looks good but it's a strain on eyes :/

No doubt, I found a good balance between display and text size and while some of the longer text will still scroll, it's not everything scrolling at once.
