But with an ESP32-S3 for a brain, that’s probably going to provide plenty of bandwidth

How do they compare? Are typical smartphone CPUs weaker or stronger than the ESP?

The S3 is a dual core with 240MHz, which is amazing for a microcontroller, but next to nothing compared to a phone. though people managed to run Win95 on it
