Normally the ‘before’ pic goes first.
Why is the beach sand a different colour?
Different light conditions, different atmospheric conditions, likely a different satellite than the previous one. Possibly even different image processing. I believe they're also different resolutions as well unfortunately, the top one looks more blurry, lower quality.

Because, y'know, that's what Jesus would do. ... Too much crazy going around.
Oh to heal the minds... ... ... maybe if we restore cannabis... (aka Kaneh Bosm, the main ingredient in the holy anointing oil that makes one be as christ). For the healing of the nations.
