Why are we at a place where we are just waiting for the Supreme Court to overrule what is written in plain English in the constitution. Is that how the process works now?
Would that affect people retroactively? Because maybe it should for the past 400 years, so every American (other than natives) would lose their citizenship and be immigrants :)
