Last week, a possible measles exposure was detected at Philadelphia International Airport. And on Feb. 5, five cases were confirmed in Lancaster County, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
This part is so much more significant than the detail highlighted in the headline. Both are hugely problematic, but there is far greater exposure from someone flying and traveling through a major international airport than from someone visiting a small hospital.
