I noticed this notification when I last used Android Auto. I'm obviously not updating until Graphene pushes a sanctified version of AA in the Graphene App Store.
My car doesn't have a internet connection, so any threat they make from the internet doesn't seem credible to me.
Google, are you threatening me?
The answer to this question is always YES
Google: "Update to our new AI slop harvester now. We know where you live."
I've been getting that message off and on for a couple weeks now.
You can't update it any other way even if you wanted to. Just ignore it.
Never used Auto, but I've received similar from other Google apps. No thanks!
