Arbitration was clearly made without any afterthought for the flight attendant. The Canadian gov deliberately side wide the Air Canada’s patrons that refuse to negotiate. This is a parody

So they're still getting paid less than thair wage for work on the ground. At least they're getting paid; I know some airlines don't pay them for their work at all until the door closes.
