I stopped first in the lower floors checking out the fancy talk meme :D was wondering what tea post and few memes higher found it
The British paid for their tea with silver. They bought so much tea it caused silver to be so devalued that the Chinese didn't want it anymore. So the British smuggled opium in and sold it for silver and got the Chinese addicted to it.
When the Chinese had a problem with this, the British beat them up and took some islands.
