How would that even work? You kick people out when you reach 10 million? You sterilize people, you kill the elderly? This is just an atrocity waiting to happen.

It's 'just' an anti immigration dog whistle. When the population exceeds 10 million 'Swiss' the cap gets bumped up.

Well, I can imagine with the limited resources available to humanity, it is smart to start working on shrinking world population. However, there’s nothing in this proposal to consider such things; that’s just “no brown people” policy. I wonder what the reich wingers would propose if only braun people would grow over 10 million..
