Wait until those users find out that the same law is about to apply to all of the alternatives too.
It's all a matter of jurisdiction. Open source platforms like Stoat can be run outside the reach of western regimes.
Possibly the centralized ones, but it is a wild goose chase to try to implement age verification on e.g. Matrix servert
