I haven't looked at the story yet, and I'm still not sure what that headline means. There are either too many words, or not enough.

Trump has ties to a whistleblower? Tulsi hid in a safe?

Trump's...tie busted? As in, broken, discovered to be fraudulent? Or as in, busted open, revealed? Is this good news or bad news?
