Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

For me, that's usually because I want to go somewhere where I feel at home. Home is a place where you live, but it's also a feeling, I think. If you live in a toxic environment and hate every minute there, it may be your home (place where you live), but it's not where you feel at home. Home is also a place where you feel safe and where you can be yourself. And sometimes, it goes beyond that, too. Maybe life is stressful or you suffer from depression and you're looking for an escape because even home doesn't feel like it's home any more. There's so much more to "home" than having a flat or a house to live in.
Waiting for work to end for the day, then waiting for the weekend at home. On the weekend waiting for vacation. During vacation waiting for pension.

Exactly. So we could try living / enjoying life more in the current moment I guess.
It's something I think about a lot. I try to appreciate where I'm at, but it's hard sometimes to see the forest for the trees.
