Man, musicals get such a bad rep... Wicked was a musical and it was hugely popular. Not your cup of tea? Pink Floyd: The Wall and Imaginaerum were musicals that used rock and metal music, respectively. KPop Demon Hunters was a musical, too, though that's going back to pop music... well, K-Pop mixes in hip-hop with pop, so, not exactly.

I also wholeheartedly believe that nobody who's seen The Phantom of the Opera hates it.

So I suppose it begs the question: which musical?

Musicals are awesome; Guys and Dolls, Singing in the Rain, Paint Your Wagon (Clint Eastwood and Lee Marvin sing!), and of course, Little Shop of Horrors.

Honestly, phantom is overrated. It’s not terrible but it’s just….vanilla. The same guy made evita which is arguably much better.

Though, after a most regrettable misunderstanding, not Cats.

Next time you have to speak in front of a group, imagine that this is your audience.

Doesn't work. I got thrown out when I started petting my manager and asking them "who's a good boy?"

Service dogs also know which fork to use, and is trained to quote philosophers during meals.

Which sounds nice on paper until the dog brings up Adorno for the fifth damn time during the same meal.

Worse, you just get the one dog who's a Stoic.
