Couch? Laying down? Belly up? Belly down? Chair? Armchair?

I was wondering what’s you guys take on this, I usually play on the couch, but then I easily change positions every 5 min lol specially if I try play laying down with belly down, 2min in and I can feel my arms going numb and pain in my elbows
