Country fried... Venison?! π―
Shit, I wonder if there's anywhere I can just buy venison, here. π€ I only ever had it from actually hunting and I don't hunt any more.

If thereβs one thing I learned growing up in south Texas is that you can country fry ANYTHING!
Just throw some flat-leaf parsley on there. Maybe a lemon wedge.
Freezer green beans, or carrots, are a good side for this. Just pan roast them with olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Fruit for dessert. That looks like a good batter.
"Brown food tastes good!"
Cut it all into tablespoon-sized pieces and plate it nicely and you could charge $50 a plate for it with the right tablecloths
That looks so good! π Question, cube steak is pre-tenderized steak from various locations on animal? Is this only from local butcher? I don't buy a lot of meat, but don't remember seeing this at the grocery store (Maryland). Also, would it work to convection/air/pan fry the steak? Deep fat frying is sooooo messy. Like your idea for the roast, don't do enough to have a good suggestion.
