TL;DW?
Some very small cc bikes that would be more common in developing countries are making some in roads in the US. Some thinking outload about the financial conditions of the youth in there as well.
What's not good about that (other than finances)? You can buy a bike whatever size you want, from 49cc to 2.5L, and that's a bad thing?
Me personally? Nothing.
The author of the video doesn't seem to say so either. Just that it is unusual for the market.
I gotcha, i guess i inferred weird=bad but that may not be the intent.
The thumbnail for the video literally says "this is not good" on it, so it's not your fault for inferring something.
Given the rant about genz not being as well off to be able to buy stuff felt like the "this is not good" meaning (to me)

I don't understand the point of this video.
What I can say is that the motorcycle industry is like the car industry - most influencers and advertising tries to push people into getting bigger and faster machines, which is bullshit. Small bikes are fantastic fun (see: C90Adventures on youtube, for example)
FYI Yammie Noob isn't the most popular guy in the motorcycle community.
