I just realized it's s been a while since I posted! This is Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece! This is a commission piece someone requested! It's from a pattern I found on etsy

Love the details in the colors. How many different colors did you use?

This one only had 14 colors! I didn't have a lot of them so I used the DMC substitution page a lot lol
